Skinner Law: Brand and Visual Identity

We welcomed the opportunity to work with Skinner Law, creating a brand and visual identity that would reflect the newly formed Commercial Property Law Firm.

Skinner Law, recently started by Sharon Skinner, needed a visual identity that would reflect professionalism, be corporate and show gravitas, while also presenting Skinner Law in a more contemporary light than a traditional law firm.

As part of the visual identity development, we needed to consider and examine all of the trigger points that would resonate with target audiences, such as their relationship to Skinner Law, ethnicity, their demographic, and their social and cultural needs, allowing us to build a bigger picture of who they are and how we can communicate with them through this visual identity and associated collateral.

The logo features four key elements including the name, emblem, colours and typeface. The emblem reflects the nature of the firm being centred around commercial property law, as it is an abstract icon of a high-rise building, and the colour palette is also an integral part of the new Skinner Law brand personality and will ensure a consistent look and feel across all media and collateral.

Following this brand and visual identity development for Skinner Law, we have also worked with Sharon to create business cards and a letterhead that support the new look and feel.
