Creative New Zealand: Print design
Creative NZ approached us with an opportunity to redesign their Getting on Board publication, with a fresh and clean new print design that still retained linkage to the past publication.
The redesign was in line with the new look of the annual report, to ensure a level of consistency across the Creative NZ brand. The focus of the new Getting on Board publication was a simple and clear layout, with an easily readable and larger font than previously used, to make the publication more accessible to any audience. Another main focus was to make the once central koru a lot more subtle and understated, rather than the focus on each page.
The final publication features strong and bright colours throughout, to really showcase the Creative NZ brand and everything they stand for. The now understated koru also fits with clean and simple print design, being used as a supporting graphical element.
It has been great working on this project with Creative NZ and we are really happy with the wonderful and eye-catching result.
